烧牛肉面从原来净重127克降到122克、香菇炖鸡面从原来的99克变成了95克……一向喜欢以“加量不加价”方式做促销的方便面近来却变成了“减量不减价”。
  记者日前从沪上几家超市了解到,近来不少食品包装的净含量都比过去有所减少,虽然价格不变乃至有所降价,但实际上还是比原包装贵了,但多数消费者对此并无察觉。
  事实上,类似的情况更早些时候已出现在一些畅销饮料的瓶身上。如某品牌鲜橙多系列饮料从500ml变成450ml,某品牌冰爽茶的净含量从500ml降到480ml,但这些饮料的售价都没有因此降低。与此同时,新上市的饼干也跟着“减肥”,如某品牌饼干从原来的1000克变成800克,价格虽然从11.5元降为9.8元,但按比例一算,实际上还是比原来的贵了。

  据了解,今年以来米、面、油、糖等食品原料价格均有不同程度上涨,但因市场竞争激烈,厂商都不愿直接涨价,就纷纷利用“包装瘦身”的隐性涨价方式来降低成本。(王珮)
