受到批发价上扬的冲击,一直顶住压力不敢涨价的猪肉零售档主们,昨日终于顶不住,纷纷调高了肉价。昨日下午,记者在越秀区东川新街市的鲜肉区看到,“上肉9.5~10元/斤”的价格牌昨日齐刷刷变成了“上肉11元/斤”,随之涨价的还有瘦肉和排骨。
据悉,该市场的瘦肉价从6月底的13~14元/斤涨至昨天的14~16元/斤,排骨也从15元/斤涨至17~18元/斤,梅柳更是卖到了16元/斤。
据东川新街市负责人刘伟文介绍,5月以来,虽然猪肉批发价一天一个样,但猪肉零售价只调整了3次,如上肉5月初从原先的9元/斤上涨到9.5元/斤,第二次上涨到10元/斤,现在是11元/斤。

即便如此,市民购买量仍比4月份减少了三成左右,市场每天购进生猪数量也从4月份的二三十头降至16头。猪肉档主们纷纷反映生意难做,经常快收档了还有不少货没卖出去。为了降低损耗,档主们不得不亏本一两元钱清尾货,大部分档主都表示已经亏本经营了一两个月。
肉价4个月内难下跌
进入7月份,为何生猪批发价还在一路飞涨,全无回落趋势?嘉禾生猪批发市场总经理黎桂炳认为,尽管政府一直在努力采取宏观调控的措施平抑猪价,但受到猪只养殖市场大环境和广州食用农产品准入制等主客观因素的影响,广州猪肉价格短期内仍将在高位徘徊。
